Baseball with Stephen's co-workers

Every year Stephen's company go the this baseball game, and we have the chance to go in the party deck and eat unhealthy food. Sounds fun right?
Even when i still don't understand what is this game about, we went to this activity. Last year I was pregnant and it was a hot day so I was so uncomfortable. This year lucky us, the weather was really nice and fresh. We took Brianna with us and she did all right. Of course we have to came back home before bedtime. We have a good afternoon there, even when this year it wasn't too many people from Stephen's work there.

Our July !

This past month was a good one. I love summer! so Brianna does too. I was babysitting a boy for a couple weeks and Brianna enjoyed that time because she loves being around kids. Stephen was working inspecting bridges around the city, and he woke up really early at 5am so he could get all done before it got too hot.

He is gonna kill me if he sees this picture here lol. This is his uniform very funny :)

And definitely Brianna is daddy's girl, When daddy gets home she just keep follow him, and mommy doesn't exist, at least in that time i can get things ready for dinner and i have time to clean after dinner too.

Adventures June-July

My friend who lived in Arizona before moved to South Caroline a couple months ago, and they came and visited us. We had a great time, even when there is not too much things to do here but we got lucky when walking around the downtown we found a kind of concert there. It was fun.
Stephen made pizza for dinner, he is the best cooker.

STORY TIME AT THE LIBRARY

Brianna loved that day, it was really hard to maintain her sitting in the same place, she wanted to go and take the books from the lady who was reading and take the puppets.

NO POWER - NO AC (Horrible)

After dinner and putting Brianna for bed on Friday, we had a big storm and we were without power. It was scared. Brianna couldn't sleep and the trees were moving so we 3 went in our basement and wait until the storm pass. It was a fresh night we had to open our windows because we didn't have power. So next day was a hot day and without power we were melting, my poor chubby Brianna was sweating and fuzzy. We clean our basement and That night we went downstairs to the basement to sleep, Brianna in her pack and play and we in a mattress. It was hard trying to sleep there but at least it was cold enough. In the middle of the night Stephen woke me up and asked me for the flashlight because something fell in his forehead, so it was a little snail. After that i couldn't go back to sleep, and we 3 went upstairs, it was still hot.
Next day Sunday no church, they didn't have power either. Our friends invited to their house because they have power so we went there and play games while Brianna took a nap, and we enjoy their AC.
The Bloods in hurricane got power back so we didn't think twice and we went to their house, and we were there for 4 days, and in our house still no power and in Stephen's work, they didn't either, so he had a little vacation. We had power back on 4th July. but we decided to stayed in mom's house because we wanted to go to see fireworks and Brianna could stay sleeping there while we went. So we were back to our house on 5th July, and I had to clean a lot. It's good to be home.
We are so thankful living here close to mom and dad Blood. Thanks for letting us stayed with you.
